Kathy Castillo is licensed as an Associate Broker with Equity Realty, Inc. and has been with them from 2001 to 2008 and again from 2010 to the present.

She also created her own company in 2008, Mega Star Properties, LLC. which she recently closed.

Kathy has an extensive, happy clientele ranging from first-time homebuyers to high end waterfront sellers. She does, however, specialize in marketing homes with an emphasis on staging them to optimize the sellers ability to obtain the highest offer possible. 

Kathy works in the Greater Baltimore area including Baltimore City and Baltimore County as well as Harford, Carroll, Howard, and Anne Arundel Counties.

Kathy is a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar REALTORS® Association of Harford County, a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and a Member of MRIS and the National, State and Local Associations of REALTORS. 

Kathy resides in Baltimore County and is a single parent of two adult children and the grandmother of two wonderful grandchildren.  Her son Steve is a licensed MHIC contractor.
